TSH高溫型冷卻塔特性

1.外殼由F.R.P製成,不老化、不生鏽、耐酸鹼、免保養。瓶形塔體輕量型小,不佔場地,任何方向均可安裝。
2.TSG-350RT以下採用F.R.P.連體成型設計,免除鐵製腳架之使用,充分發揮F.R.P.材質之特點,為全國最大
        格規F.R.P.連體成型冷卻水塔。
3.散熱材選用特殊防腐處理之木材,可耐高溫、不易阻塞,對於惡劣水質及高溫循環水之冷卻,效果最佳。
4.自動散水器採低水壓設計,軸心選用不鏽鋼材質,附有軸承輔助,磨損率最低。
5.TSH-175RT以上採用冷卻水塔專用之齒輪減速機,經久耐用,保養簡單,效率最高。
6.所有鐵件均用熱浸鍍鋅處理,免保養,不虞腐蝕。

Special Feathers 
1.Casing and basin are made of durable rust proof Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) Hot dip galvanized    bolts and steel make for a completely rust free tower and provide long life. Light weight design makes    installation easy.
2.The filler is assembled with preservative treated wood, giving the finest operation under poor water conditions    and high temperature.
3.Alloy sprinkler is made with stainless steel shaft and bearings. Low water pressure automatically rotates    head for even water distribution and long life.
4.High efficiency design minimizes power consumption and operation costs.
5.For TSH-175RT and larger models, we have a specially designed gear reducer for maximum efficiency, long    life and minimum maintenance.
